1. Take a Cold Shower or Cold Plunge
Cold exposure in the morning may sound extreme, but even a 30-second blast of cold water can increase alertness, circulation and dopamine levels which happen to be directly tied to motivation and focus. If you aren’t ready for cold showers or full body immersion first thing just yet, splashing cold water on your face or giving your face an ice bath can give you that same jolt of wakefulness.
