1. Kelp Gin
To infuse a “maritime” feel into Isle of Harris Gin, sugar
kelp seaweed is the main botanical. The kelp is grown in an underwater sea
forest and then dried, all local to the distillery. To get the most flavor out
of the gin, either sip neat or make an Island Gin and Tonic -- add sugar kelp
aromatic water, large blocks of ice, a splash of tonic and a wedge of
grapefruit or a truly unique twist on a classic.
