1. Lavender Fields
This casual table is like
a trip to the French countryside. Simple, clean and fresh, herbs garnish the
table, the napkins and eventually the plates.
2. Lettuce Eat
This delightfully leafy serveware sets a garden-forward tone
with a whimsical lettuce motif. We love the monochromatic green colors set against
the white backdrop. The dramatic white candleholder swoops across the table,
echoing the curves of the plates and creating movement.
3. Rabbit, Rabbit
Not only are there little
Peter Rabbits painted upon these plates, but a stuffed one also sits atop a
stack of books while a large terra cotta pot provides the floral centerpiece.
Other orange details are worked in, such as the charger plates and some empty
pots that seem to be knocked over. By a naughty bunny perhaps?
4. Like a Moss
The showstopper of this
tablescape is the moss runner in the center of the table. Between the moss mat
and the white tulips, they add lots of natural elements to the scene. Delicate
pink ribbons add a subtle, neutral color. The plates are equally subdued, with just
a dainty blue trim and a little French flair.
5. Pink Paradise
This tablescape is a
heavenly blend of pastels, florals, white and gold. Pink and gold butterflies make
an interesting accent piece for each place. Picking up on those color cues, pink
drinking glasses and gold charging plates grace the table. The candy dish
perfectly picks up the colors in the flowers.
6. Bright Blooms
Ranunculi are such a fun
springtime flower. They come in beautiful colors and have lots of texture with
their zillions of layers of petals. This tablescape lets the flowers be the
focus. The green plates have little pink flowers in the middle, which picks up
on the theme set by the centerpiece. Green and pink glasses also echo the
colors, with some gold layered in by the chargers and silverware to offer
balance.
7. Robin's Nest
This shade of robin’s egg blue is so lovely for spring. From
the rich fabric of the tablecloth and napkins to the candles, it’s all very luxurious.
The plates bring it all together with both more blue and then cream, which is
repeated by the milky roses and pearly napkin rings.
8. Light and Bright
Spring doesn’t have to
mean pastels. These navy plates and glasses are sharp and crisp, with flowers
in warmer shades, like a sunset in a garden.
