Here is How the Mercury Retrograde in Taurus Will Impact Us (4/21 - 5/14)
Mercury is in retrograde again to remind us of all of the loose ends we have not tied up and to pay more attention to detail regarding our communication and technology. While retrogrades are typically not fun, per se, if we head into them with the right mindset, we can prevent them from dragging us kicking and screaming and head out with some peace of mind.
This retrograde season from April 21 to May 14 (shadow period from April 7 to May 31) is in Taurus this time and is forcing us to confront past issues…exciting! But just because we are being shown past-made-present problems does not mean we have to get swept up in them! This is a period where we can learn the value of proceeding more cautiously and putting into perspective areas of our lives that aren’t working.

Taurus (4/21 - 5/21)
Taurus, this retrograde is all about you — well, sort of. The retrograde is in your sign, making it fall into your first house of self and identity. You also may be getting hit the hardest, but you can avoid some potential misfortune from the chaos in the air if you play your cards right. Be conscientious of the words you choose in conversations with other people but also don’t feel obligated to compromise yourself to make other people happy. You could feel slightly alienated during this time, so take it easy and maybe keep a low profile for the next three weeks.
Gemini (5/21 - 6/21)
This Mercury retrograde will fall in your 12th house of the spiritual, occult, and inner-world, Gemini. In essence, the call might be coming from inside the house regarding what you’re confronting these couple of weeks. This is an optimal period for you to maximize your inner work and take things at a slower pace. You could find yourself in a position where you work through forgiving yourself or someone else for something that has happened in the past. After May 14, you will be in much higher spirits and feeling rejuvenated.
Cancer (6/21 - 7/21)
Taurus retrograde is making its way into your 11th house of friendships, social circles and future goals, Cancer. You may be butting heads with friends or in an uncomfortable position with one of your social circles. Virgo (8/21 - 9/21)
Retrograde is entering your ninth house of travel, higher education and philosophy, dear Virgo. You may feel that itch to travel, but issues keep getting in the way. Or, you may feel a little out of place in general. If you’re feeling directionless, try to release control and go wherever the universe leads you. This period of time is good for you to learn to trust that sometimes the right path for you is not the one you initially chose or saw, for that matter.

This is nothing to be concerned about, as once the retrograde ends, things will get spicy with any reemerging love meant to stay in your life.
Aquarius (1/21 - 2/21)
Mercury retrograde is hitting home for you, Aquarius, in your house of home and family life. Disagreements and miscommunication with relatives may be prevalent, and you may feel restless in your home. Getting outside and prioritizing non-familial relationships during this period may provide peace in the chaos. This might also be a good time for some healing of old wounds with a parent, sibling or cousin — so long as it feels right for you. There may be minor disagreements if you live with roommates, but now is the time to be a mediator rather than on the defensive.
Pisces (2/21 - 3/21)
Boo! You should be spooked, Pisces. Some ghosts may be resurfacing. People you have not heard from in ages, or just those that simply ~disappeared~ will be reaching out to you.
