This handheld gaming system is versatile, offering both Windows or Steam operating systems. For Steam users, this is huge news as you
could previously only play Valve games on the Steam Deck. Prices start at $500
and will be available this spring.
4. WeWalk Smart Cane 2
This smart cane is huge news for sight-impaired people who use
mobility devices. The Smart Cane 2 guides users seamlessly through the world
with overhead obstacle protection and sensors, a voice assistant you talk to,
turn-by-turn navigation and weather durability. It’s not big and bulky, so you
can take it anywhere you go.
5. Yukai Engineering Mirumi
This cute purse robot is not a need but a want. Charming
the crowds at CES 2025, Mirumi clips onto a purse and looks around, mimicking
the movement of a human baby. It can lock into a person or object and shake its
head no when jiggled. Hard to resist, Mirumi is going to be a hit for sure.
6. Moonbird Moonbuddy
If your kid could use a little guidance mindfully breathing,
introduce them to the Moonbuddy, a playful version of the company’s breathwork
device. Kids can hold it in their hands, focus on calming breathing exercises and
learn great self-soothing skills. With one-button operation, it’s simple to use
and has various character sleeves you can swap out to their favorite creature.
7. Roborock Saros Z70
If your robot vacuum loves chomping on socks and other
large floor debris, this one is about to change everything with an extendable
arm that can pick up objects and move them to their propper place. Program it

8. Tenet Robots AI Laundry Robots
Tenet Robots showed off not one, but two AI laundry robots at CES.
The little egg-shaped pod washes, clothes, then hangs them to try inside the
pod, folding too. This is for small washes when you don’t want to do a whole
load of clothes. There’s also a full-sized version, which detects the amount of
clothing, if there’s a potential color-bleed issue, and can detect and remove
stains. These machines should be available by the end of the year.
9. Plantaform Smart Indoor Garden
Imagine having fresh salad growing on your counter-top year
round. Like something from the future or outer space, this egg-shaped garden grows plants with
fog, called fogponics. You can add 15 plant pods at a time, water
it every two or three weeks and use the app to check water levels and adjust
growing conditions.
10. Wonder Petal Backyard Camera
From the makers of BirdBuddy comes this camera that hides in
nature for stunning garden footage. Petal wraps around branches, fences and
lights, capturing wide angles and close-ups. It’s solar-powered, modular and launches
on KickStarter this spring.
11. Nike + Hyperice
Nike is partnering with Hyperice for boots and a vest that
offer compression and warmth. Made with athletes in mind, some Olympians were
even sporting these devices in Paris this summer.
12. Swippitt Phone Charger
Charge your phone in two seconds (literally) with this
toaster-looking device. It swaps the battery in and out of the Swippitt case,
exchanging for a battery with a full charge. Your family members can also charge right after
you as the device it holds five batteries.
