Tom Blyth is starring as Coriolanus Snow, a mentor for the 10th Hunger Games and future President of Panem. You may have seen Blyth before in "Billy the Kid," an American Western television drama, his most well-known role prior to this film.
2. Rachel Zegler as Lucy Gray Baird
Up-and-coming actress, Rachel Zegler, stars as Lucy Gray Baird, a charming musician (who wrote the song "The Hanging Tree" which Katniss sings in the original series) and tribute in the 10th Hunger Games who forms a close relationship with Snow. You may have seen Zegler before in her breakout role as María in Steven Spielberg's "West Side Story," or as Anthea in "Shazam! Fury of the Gods."
3. Josh Andrés Rivera as Sejanus Plinth
Josh Andrés Rivera is Sejanus Plinth, a classmate and friend of Coriolanus and mentor for the 10th Hunger Games after originally being from the districts himself. RIvera is also new to Hollywood, starting his career with the original touring cast of "Hamilton" and played Chino in Steven Spielberg's "West Side Story."
4. Hunter Schafer as Tigris Snow
Hunter Schafer is Tigris Snow, Coriolanus's older cousin and trusted confidante. She would go on to become a stylist in the Games and an ally to Katniss Everdeen and the District 13 rebellion. You might have seen Schafer before as Jules Vaughn in the popular HBO drama, "Euphoria." She will also be starring alongside Anne Hathaway in the upcoming drama, "Mother Mary."
5. Peter Dinklage as Casca "Cas" Highbottom
Casca "Cas" Highbottom is the Dean of the Academy and unintentional creator of the Hunger Games. He is played by Peter Dinklage, one of the most prolific actors in this film. Best known for Tyrion Lannister in HBO's "Game of Thrones," Dinklage was also Eitri in "Avengers: Endgame," the highest grossing release of his career, along with countless other roles from film to TV to voice acting and the stage.
6. Jason Schwartzman as Lucretius "Lucky" Flickerman
Jason Schwartzman plays Lucky Flickerman, TV host of the 10th Hunger Games and relative of Caesar Flickerman, an iconic character from the original series. Jason Schwartzman got his start in acting in 1998 as Max Fischer in Wes Anderson's "Rushmore" and later acted in other Anderson projects, such as "Moonrise Kingdom" and "Asteroid City" and more. Schwartzman also played Gideon Graves in "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World" and has acted in various other projects, including voice acting for "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse."
7. Viola Davis as Dr. Volumnia Gaul
Viola Davis is Dr. Volumnia Gaul, the head gamemaker of the 10th Hunger Games and a ruthless antagonist. Viola Davis is another prolific actress and big name in the cast, with a career spanning film, television and stage acting. Some of her most popular credits include "The Help," "How to Get Away with Murder," "Suicide Squad" and "The Woman King," among many more roles.
